Taxi Driver's Error Leads to £14,000 Personal Injury Settlement

After attending a funeral, the Claimant called for a taxi to take them home. As they attempted to enter the car, the driver set off believing the Claimant was safely inside. The Claimant suffered multiple injuries to their face and wrist due to falling into the road.
