Partner, Head of Housing and Regeneration (Litigation)The COVID - 19 related PD 51ZA which provided for the ability of parties to litigation to agree extensions of time of procedural time limits of up to 56 days rather than 28 days will cease on the 30 October and we understand that no postponement of that to a later date is expected.
