Correy studied Law at the University Centre at Blackburn College where he successfully achieved a First-Class Honours degree and was awarded the Burnetts Award for Law. Correy studied his Master of Laws in Legal Practice at the University of Central Lancashire whilst working as a paralegal in the Family Department, specialising in matters relating to families who are involved with children's services.Correy has worked with the Firm since 2016 and after successfully obtaining a training contract with the Firm returned to the Family Department as a qualified solicitor in 2021. He specialises in matters relating to families who are involved with children's services acting on behalf of parents within public law proceedings.
Correy has advised parents in a variety of cases, including parents with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties, cases involving international and cultural elements and cases involving possible non-accidental injuries.
