Katie Fox

Katie is a Solicitor in the Insurance Department having joined Forbes Solicitors in November 2021.Katie qualified as a Solicitor in September 2018 having previously completed a Law Degree and Legal Practice Course.

Katie has experience dealing with claims against the Local Authority and is currently developing her experience by defending claims against Social Services for complex cases involving Child Sexual Exploitation, Human Rights Act Violations and Failure to remove.

Katie's expertise also includes advising on Inquests with Social Care Involvement and Housing Associations.
