Laura Cieplak

Laura is responsible for developing and implementing the Firm’s People Strategy. Laura works closely with the Executive and Operations Committees to support the Firm in achieving its Purpose and Vision.

Laura has had a unique career journey into the role of Director of People. Laura initially joined the Firm in September 2015 as a Solicitor specialising in Employment and HR. Laura’s legal practice crossed into HR Consultancy where Laura gained a significant amount of in-house experience. As Director of People, Laura continues to maintain her solicitors practicing certificate and acts as in-house counsel for all employment related matters.

Laura leads a team of expert HR professionals who advise and support the business on the entire employee life cycle. Laura and the team pride themselves on the delivery of an efficient and effective service and provide advice aligned to the Firm’s overarching strategy of learning and growth.
