Loretta is an Associate in the Crime department and specialises in all aspects of Criminal Defence. Loretta joined Forbes Solicitors in September 2019, having completed her training contract at JMW Solicitors.
Loretta frequently represents clients at the Magistrates’ Court and runs her own Crown Court caseload dealing with all aspects of Criminal cases. Loretta has experience dealing with a number of offences including but not limited to: serious violence, drugs, fraud and those of a sexual nature.
Loretta is a fully qualified Court Duty Solicitor having completed her Magistrates Court Qualification and is now a member of the Law Society’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
Loretta is also an Accredited Police Station Representative who represents and advises who have been arrested and detained at the Police Station.
