Gemma is currently working as a paralegal in the corporate team whilst pursuing her training to become a CILEX-qualified professional.
Gemma has worked in the corporate team for almost 10 years and has gained valuable experience in corporate law where she has supported other members of the corporate team and clients with a full range of corporate services including asset/share sales and purchases, shareholder agreements and internal restructuring.
Gemma also collaborates with the commercial property and employment teams to facilitate numerous asset purchase transactions per year for Trust Inns, who are prevalent in the hospitality industry.
