Catherine has over 30 years' experience in commercial property transactions of all types, from urban regeneration to NHS estate reconfiguration, public private partnerships to funding and development schemes.
Catherine has worked in private practice throughout her career. She was a principal partner dealing with urban regeneration schemes in the north west and has acted for institutional investors, the NHS, local authorities and other public bodies, registered providers, educational bodies, residential and commercial developers on acquisitions, disposals and relating funding, planning, environmental and construction matters.
Catherine has specialised in complex redevelopment site assembly and disposals with related suites of development documents. She finds innovative solutions to complex site and title issues to unlock sites for regeneration and development. She has worked closely with public sector clients to regenerate and rationalise their estates. Catherine has worked with local authorities in connection with their regeneration brief, devising streamlined procedures and ways of working.
