About Nick

Nick is a Partner within the Corporate team acting for a variety of businesses of varying sizes and in many different sectors. He has experience of acting on a wide range of transactional matters including sales and purchases of businesses from the due diligence stage through negotiating and drafting the transactional documents, working with colleagues from other departments in the firm and the client's other professional advisers to manage a deal to completion.

Additionally, Nick advises businesses and their owners on business vehicles or restructuring and also drafts partnership, shareholders' and joint venture agreements. Nick has experience of acting for lenders providing funding for transactions to include drafting facility agreements and ancillary security documentation.
