Gabriela has over 20 years' experience as an HR/People Professional.
She moved to Forbes from a leading Lancashire manufacturing organisation, to lead our client facing HR Consultancy strategy.
Working across sectors supporting all sizes of organisations, assisting leaders and HR teams to proactively manage and develop their people with best practice frameworks that match with individual commercial needs.
Key focus areas include HR role secondments, people strategy projects, employee relations and consultations including TUPE and redundancy, to employer branding and company values, as well as a wide range of organisational development subjects.
She particularly focuses her strengths advising on culture, communications, and engagement practices across businesses.
Gabriela is also an accredited workplace mediator.
