About Charlotte

Charlotte has been at Forbes since 2018. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in March 2023, Charlotte spent 3 years working in the employment department as a paralegal then trained with the firm gaining experience commercial property and criminal law and further experience in employment and business immigration.

Charlotte has a particular focus on commercial employment advising on contentious and non-contentious matters. She provides advice on day-to-day HR and employment law issues, including recruitment, sickness absence, performance management, discipline and grievance issues, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.

She also advises clients on dealing with a range of Employment Tribunal Claims and settlement agreements
