Annabel joined the firm in October 2018 as a paralegal, going on to train with the firm and then qualify as a solicitor in the Employment department in September 2023.
Annabel advises and supports employers and employees in a range of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law issues. This includes but is not limited to:
- Advising on day-to-day HR queries.
- Supporting on a range of claims brought in the Employment Tribunal.
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements.
- Reviewing and drafting a range of policies.
- Assisting with investigations.
Annabel specialises in assisting Public Sector clients, acting on behalf of Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Education providers.
