Annabel joined the firm in October 2018 as a Paralegal, going on to train with the firm and then qualify as a Solicitor in the Employment department in September 2023. Annabel advises and supports employers and employees in a range of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law issues. This includes but is not limited to:
Advising on day-to-day HR queries.
Supporting on a range of claims brought in the Employment Tribunal.
Drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements.
Reviewing and drafting a range of policies.
Assisting with investigations.
Annabel specialises in assisting Public Sector clients, acting on behalf of Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Education providers.
