About Nina

Nina qualified as a Solicitor in 2003, since which time has practiced exclusively in the field of public law/children work.

Nina has represented parents and other family members/carers within care proceedings at all levels within the Family Court system before Magistrates, District Judges and High Court Judges assigned to the Family division.

She has also previously represented Local Authorities for a number of years and has both represented and provided free legal advice for the victims of domestic abuse through Key Charity in Leyland who provide support to people facing homelessness and/or conflict across Lancashire.
