As part of his role in the Housing and Regeneration team at Forbes, Sam works closely alongside clients to resolve a wide range of disputes with their tenants, through a variety of legal and non-legal methods.
Sam mainly specialises in tenancy enforcement action and tackling Anti-Social Behaviour, addressing breaches of tenancy and nuisance behavior through injunctive proceedings and, where appropriate, claims for possession.
In addition to this, Sam routinely provides advice and assistance to clients on general housing management queries and helps tackle cases of no-access in relation to gas servicing and cyclical maintenance.
Sam regularly attends Court and provides training sessions to clients and also has experience in reviewing and drafting policies and procedures.
Clients include Registered Providers and local housing authorities.
