Peter believes that skilled Advocacy is substantially the product of detailed, intensive and diligent preparation.
He qualified as a High Court Criminal Advocate when the concept was created in 1995. He enjoys advocacy and finds the task stimulating and satisfying. In recent years he has successfully represented and advised people, companies and authorities from all areas of life including Local Authorities, Judges, members of the clergy, accountants, teachers, doctors, nurses, and members of the legal profession, senior police officers and all types of business men.
Peter has appeared in the Court of Appeal, Divisional Court and Crown Courts in most areas of England and in Wales . He has also, over many years, chaired Legal Services Commission committees and am appointed and practice as an assessor. He was a deputy District Judge for 5 years.
He believes in the concept that the case of each client by whom he is instructed is a priority.
