Rebecca McCreadie

Rebecca joined the Social Services and Abuse team at Forbes Solicitors in 2019. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2017.

Rebecca advises Local Authority and Insurer clients in relation to historic abuse claims which can involve sexual exploitation, grooming, neglect, familial abuse, a 'failure to remove,' and/or Human Rights Act issues.

Rebecca also assists Partner, Kella Bowers, with complex matters such as Inquests involving Social Care and Human Rights Act matters.
