Having an extensive background of working in-house for a number of large housing providers, Rebecca is experienced in all aspects of housing management issues and deals predominantly with tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement action including injunction, possession and committal proceedings under the provisions of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Police Act 2014.

In addition to this, Rebecca regularly provides advice, assistance and representation for social landlords on general housing management issues including gas safety, accelerated and trespass possession, succession and possession following death, assignment, notices to quit, Equality Act disputes, illegal subletting, tenancy fraud and suspension of warrants of eviction and disrepair.Rebecca attends court regularly to represent clients nationwide.
