Sarah is a Solicitor within the Corporate team acting for a variety of businesses of varying sizes. She has experience of acting on a wide range of transactional matters with a key focus on healthcare and education. She assists with negotiating and drafting transactional documents and conducting and reviewing legal and financial due diligence.
Sarah also provides advise to clients on general company law matters such as directors' duties, compliance, finance and banking documents.
