Vacation Placement Scheme

Forbes offer a limited number of places for students, who are in their second year onwards, to attend our Vacation Insight Scheme.
Our Vacation Insight Scheme runs over the course of a week, in which students will receive an insight on life at Forbes and what life is like working within the legal sector.
Whilst not a traditional Vacation Placement Scheme, students will be able to gain a real feel of what working within a law firm is like, as they will get the chance to speak to our current Trainee Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Trainee Mentors and Supervisors, and a range of different Partners across the Firm.
Following a successful application, you will be invited to our Walton Summit Office, along with other students who have been invited on to the scheme. During the course of the week you will work within teams on a project set by the Firm, in which you need to present back to a panel of Forbes Staff.
How to apply?
The process is similar to that of Training Contract Applications and students who wish to seek Training Contracts are encouraged to apply.
Interested candidates should apply to the Graduate Recruitment Manager via the online application form before 30 April 2023 to be considered for the Autumn 2023 Program.
