For those individuals who are looking to progress within the firm in a supporting role rather than an advisor capacity, there are several options available.

Many of the firm's 120 support staff employees started within the organisation as an Apprentice and have progressed to more senior positions within the same department or have progressed to one of the practice support areas.

Not all support staff roles within the organisation are secretarial. Detailed below are some of the many routes those not wanting a fee earning position may decide to follow:
