With the frequent changes in the housing sector it can be easy to get left behind. At our Manchester Think Tank we will be looking at the key issues facing social landlords right now.
We will be exploring the effect of Brexit in the world of data protection and how as an organisation you can take effective action to deal with tenancy fraud. Also, with the increasing number of tenants with mental health issues we will look at how these can be effectively dealt with and how you can use Multi-Agency Meetings to your organisations' advantage.
