Join us on the 13 October at 9.30am - 11am for an exclusive mock Tribunal session, the first in the country, looking at an Employment Tribunal case arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This online interactive session will recreate an Employment Tribunal hearing, focusing on an alleged unlawful furlough process, together with Health & Safety concerns raised by an Employee forced to return to work during the pandemic.
The session will examine some of the likely scenarios and claims that Employers may face as a result of the pandemic; and will be essential for all those involved in running a business or managing staff, in both the public, private, education and social housing sector.
By placing an order to attend our training course you agree and acknowledge that:
