Speaker Biographies

Sally Leech

A member of the British Menopause Society and an expert in menopause, Sally Leech runs The Menopause Club and works as an Associate Trainer for Menopause in the Workplace. As a qualified Women's Health Coach, with specialist qualification in menopause transition, Sally has worked with 1000s of women ensuring they have their best journey through the menopause. Prior to re-qualifying as a Women's Health Coach, Sally held several senior management positions in Human Resources. Sally has taken this expertise and delivers programmes within organisations to support menopause in the workplace.

Emma Swan

Emma is a Partner at Forbes and Head of Commercial Employment, working with clients of a variety of sizes in contentious and non-contentious matters. Key sectors Emma works within include manufacturing, construction and hospitality.

She is valued by clients as not only an employment lawyer, but a business adviser who is accessible and attentive too.

Emma has experience in areas such as providing strategic level advice on employment aspects of restructures, transfers, mergers and acquisitions, advising on TUPE, conducting advocacy in Employment Tribunal cases, supporting with daily HR issues particularly discrimination issues, providing practical and strategic training and employment tribunal litigation across the country.
