Dave Harrison, Co-Creation

Dave Harrison is the founder of Co-Creation a leadership consultancy. Dave will be leading this session which will bring to life some key simple but effective answers to the question: "How do I keep my people performing at their best during and post Covid-19?" Dave's session will look at what leaders need to focus on as we navigate the Covid era by looking at the four pillars of motivation.

Dr Tony Mawson

Dr Mawson is a consultancy occupational physician with a wide expertise in providing occupational health advice. We are all facing some unusual challenges, particularly in respect of both working from home and returning to the workplace. Occupational Health helps meet those challenges particularly in terms of managing the risk associated with the virus itself together with ergonomic and other issues related to home working and especially the mental health challenges that the pandemic has brought.

Emma Swan - Forbes, Head of Commercial Employment

We understand how many legal questions HR leaders have at this moment. Emma will be able to answer any question you may have on the current crisis at this moment in time.

The Jobs Support Scheme - what does this mean for your employees?

With the latest announcement from Chancellor Rishi Sunak regarding The Jobs Support Scheme, which will replace the furlough scheme when it ends next month, workers will now get up to 77% of their normal salaries for the next six months enabling employers to preserve viable jobs.

But what does this mean to you and your employees and who is and isn't entitled to this new Government initiative?

Emma Swan, Partner and Head of Commercial Employment at Forbes Solicitors will provide a briefing in relation to the new guidelines from the Government and how it will affect you and your business.
