This interactive session will go through the how's and why's of different types of structures and shareholder protection mechanisms, including:
- Group companies and ownership structures;
- Protection of assets and the mechanics of such;
- Share structures and flexibility;
- Shareholder agreements; and
- Employee share schemes.
