Understand the importance of delivering mental health training in your workplace, especially now as your employees return to the office after lockdown.

Abigail Lynch, a solicitor from the Forbes employment team, will do a brief introduction, followed by Carolina de Almeida from Advocacy Focus, who will then provide information on the importance of mental health training in the workplace.

Carolina will discuss some key facts and figures, give an insight into why and how our organisation puts mental health and wellbeing at the forefront of our employee support schemes, and explain how we can help you implement positive initiatives in your workplace

This session will give you a basic understanding of what "mental health in the workplace" means, what it can look like, and how you can better support your employees. We will also introduce you to our other training courses that will help you build your knowledge and confidence, and ensure the mental health of your employees is made a priority in your organisation.

It is suitable for individuals in all types of job roles, but following our aim to support organisations to make mental health a strategic priority, we particularly welcome those currently in supervisory/managerial roles to join us.

There will be a Q&A at the end.
