In this interactive webinar we will explore the legal framework surrounding the Equality Act 2010 and in particular will discuss the different types of discrimination, liability for this, and the exceptions to when discrimination will be lawful.
We will also consider the measures that employers can take to facilitate equality and diversity to minimize the risk of discrimination in the workplace.
