About the session:
This masterclass will take a deeper dive into EDI in the workplace, covering important topics such unconscious bias, the Equality legislation, neurodiversity and the use of preferred pronouns. Discussions will be held to consider how a company can ensure that employees feel fully supported in the workplace. Have you considered having a menopause champion within your workplace? Do you have mental health first aiders? How would you support a employee who was transitioning? Various scenarios will be explored using case studies to bring EDI in the workplace alive, and offer solution based approaches. In addition, this masterclass will also consider the new obligations on employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace and what a "statutory defence" may look like.

If you are not a HR Complete/ In-House HR retainer client it is £75.00+VAT per delegate, per training session.
By placing an order to attend our training course you agree and acknowledge that:
- this shall constitute an order that we reserve the right to either accept or reject and that this shall not be deemed to have been accepted until such time as we issue our written confirmation; and
- if we accept your order, we shall invoice for the applicable fee which shall remain payable in full notwithstanding that a delegate or delegates were unable to attend the training course.
