In order to change or update your Will, you could make an official modification which is called a codicil. This is a document which allows you to make small alterations to your Will, to be signed by you and witnessed correctly. You may want to update your executors or change a paragraph within your Will and this can be done using a codicil. If you require larger changes it is better to make a new Will which outlines your wishes clearly.
In order to change your Will or make a new one, get in touch with one of our specialist Wills & Probate solicitors who can guide you through the process. Call us on 0800 975 2463 or contact us by email.
