She advises in shareholder's disputes and partnership dissolutions acting for either the business or the departing party. Claire has expertise in the full range of options available from writing the first letter setting out her client's position to specialist Court proceedings such as injunctions, unfair prejudice proceedings or the enforcement of an employee's restrictive covenants.
Claire also has particular expertise in professional negligence claims - principally against solicitors.
