About Rebecca

Rebecca joined Forbes in June 2018 as a Paralegal. She has since qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive to the Social Services Team in November 2021.

Rebecca currently holds the 2023/2024 Tomorrow's FOIL President seat. Tomorrow's FOIL run learning and social events which help newly qualified lawyers to build long relationships with fellow practitioner and counterpart insurance professionals.

She assists in matters involving complex and emotive areas of historic abuse, Child Sexual Exploitation, Abuse in Foster Care, Human Rights Act violations, Deprivation of Liberty, adult care claims and family abuse. Rebecca is also involved in assisting with negotiating costs on behalf of the Social Care Team.
