Recruitment - Process

Our recruitment and selection strategy reflects our ambition to attract the right people to join our team. We are dedicated to attracting, motivating and retaining our most important resource – our people.

All vacancies require applications either in the form of a covering letter and CV or completion of the firm's application form that can be found online.

Once all applications have been reviewed, candidates will be short-listed against essential and desirable criteria and successful candidates will be invited to interview. This may consist of a one to one approach or may include a panel. Selection testing is also carried out for the majority of roles within the firm.
