Our recruitment and selection strategy reflects our ambition to attract the right people to join our team. Vacancies are advertised on the Forbes Website, as well as on a number of jobs boards. Applicants are encouraged to apply via the firm's application form that can be found on line. If applicants are applying via a jobs board, a covering letter and CV is acceptable.

Once all applications have been reviewed, applicants will be short-listed against essential and desirable criteria and successful candidates will be invited to interview. This may consist of a one to one approach or may include a panel. Selection testing is also carried out for the majority of roles within the firm.
