£500 plus VAT
Whilst not included within the price above we do offer a number of other services to accompany your lease report including a full mark up of the lease with suggested amendments, negotiations with the Landlord's Solicitors, review of the title to the property, arranging searches on the property and reporting on them and completion and registration of the lease where necessary.
