Stuart is a Partner in the Firm and is the Head of the litigation section of the Housing and Regeneration Department. The team is packed full of talented and hungry individuals who focus on delivering a first class and cost effective service to their clients.
Stuart is a recommended lawyer in both Chambers and the Legal 500.
Stuart represents a large number of Registered Providers and local authority clients throughout the length and breadth of the country. He has considerable experience in tenancy and asset management litigation, complex and emergency anti-social behaviour, tenancy and occupation issues, possession proceedings and health and safety issues. Stuart is also very experienced in conducting policy and procedure reviews. Stuart has provided advice on a considerable number of Ombudsmen referred matters and has given regular advice on vexatious complaints and complainants.
Stuart delivers regular training both for existing clients and at external events and has experience of being a board member at two different Registered Providers.
Stuart acts as the Relationship Partner for the vast majority of our social housing clients.
