About Melissa

Melissa is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team. Melissa is extremely approachable and prides herself on building strong client relationships and meeting and managing each client's individual expectations. Her experience has mainly been Liverpool client based and joining Forbes has enabled her to branch out further and developed her range of expertise and client base.

A large part of Melissa's work involves a wide range of Commercial matters such as dealing with Sales and Purchases of commercial properties, Landlord and Tenant matters, Leases and Licenses, Secured Lending acting for Lender and Borrower depending on the instruction, Development Work and previous roles have included Hotel Sector work and Plot Sales.

Melissa is a key team member and works with Matthew Jones, a Partner in the Commercial Property Department.
