Supreme Court Rules on Freedom of Information and Environment Information Disclosure of Prince of Wales Letters to Government

The UK’s highest court has ordered that letters from Prince Charles to government departments cannot be excluded from the effect of Freedom of Information legislation by a decision of the Attorney General attempting to overrule decisions of the Information Tribunal.
