Forbes Solicitors recently celebrated the success of 13 staff who passed either the Apprenticeship Programme or the Forbes Diploma for Legal Secretaries, Accredited by ILEX Paralegal Programmes.
The Apprenticeship Programme is delivered in partnership by Forbes and Burnley College and participants learn key skills that will assist them in their chosen career with Forbes.
John Clarke, Deputy Principal at Burnley College said, "Burnley College values its partnership with Forbes, which it sees as an excellent model of good practice. Together we continue to help develop young people into confident and competent individuals who are a credit to themselves and their employer."
The Forbes Diploma for Legal Secretaries, Accredited by ILEX Paralegal Programmes saw its fourth group of staff obtaining this level three award. The year long course enables secretaries to further develop in their role with a focus on Client Care.
Siobhan Hardy, Chair of Forbes' HR and Training Committee commented, "We are extremely proud of the calibre of our staff and the commitment that is made by those who take part in such development opportunities."
The staff who received their awards were -
NVQ Apprenticeship: Ross Tomlinson, Jade Farmer, Laura Quine, Jade Whittam, Nick Di Francesco, Nicola Speariett, Rachel Ward, Nicola Mason and Paris Livesey.
