Jo Gregory at Forbes Solicitors is amongst the first in the Country to join the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme (CLAS) entitling her to Duty Solicitor status.

Jo, who is based at the firm's Preston office, is amongst only a handful of people in the Country to obtain the qualification. She is now able to join the Duty Solicitor Rota at both the Police Station and Magistrates Court.

To join the scheme Jo, who has over 18 years' experience in Criminal Law work, had to submit a 25 case portfolio and undertake the IAA exam.
